To overcome this, we need to change the Outlook's global options.
File---> Options--->Mail---> in the "Save messages" section, un-check the option to Save copies of messages in the Sent folder.
After Un-checking the desired option send the test mail again and check it out. Its Won't Show duplicate mails in sent Box. Enjoy!
